Terms of Service
To disclose marketing designs, advertising and packaging which is hereinafter collectively referred to as “Confidential Information”.
You understand and acknowledge that the unauthorized disclosure of Confidential Information by you to others could irreparably damage someone.
In consideration of and in return for our disclosing the Information, you agree to hold the Information in confidence and treat the Information as if it were your own proprietary property, disclosing it to no person or entity.
It is understood that except for this requirement of confidentiality you have no other obligation.
If, on the basis of your evaluation of the Information, you wish to pursue exploitation for a mutual purpose.
And until such purpose is entered into, this Non-Disclosure Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
If you are unhappy with a purpose, you may request a refund for the amount equal to the last payment made.
We may restrict or cancel the use of any purpose if such is deemed to be excessive or could adversely affect the experience of another.
Any materials or content connected to the purpose must be legal both in your area of jurisdiction and in America, and you must have the rights to use such materials.
Guarantee of Service
No guarantee of functionality or availability of service.
DNS.Supplies may choose to terminate any account at any time for any reason.
You may choose to terminate any account with DNS.Supplies at any time.
Limitation of Liability
DNS.Supplies shall not be liable to you who ever you are or any third parties for any consequential or indirect loss, financial damages, downtime, lost profits or opportunities, resulting from incorrect functionality, loss of service, loss of data, breach of contract, negligence, or other claims. In no event shall any aggregate liability exceed the total amount paid on the last payment.
